Good Thinking
We recognise that everyone's path to good mental health is different – that's why we offer a range of resources on Good Thinking, from apps and 'How to' guides to podcasts and videos. If you think you might benefit from a more in-depth approach, we've also developed two workbooks that contain expert advice, exercises you can do at home and checklists you can use. They require a little more time commitment but we hope you find them useful.
OPTYC
We are a team of psychologists who specialise in treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). We want to make effective therapy more widely available to young people. To do this, we have partnered with software developers to build a website and smartphone App. Young people can use the website and App at home, with telephone support from a therapist, without having to come to a clinic for weekly face to face appointments. This new App can be used by children and young people aged 12-17 years old, who have developed PTSD after experiencing a one-off traumatic event, like an assault or a road traffic accident.
