Zero Tolerance Policy

The Practice operates a 'Zero-Tolerance' policy towards inappropriate behaviour or language.

This includes any personal, abusive or threatening comments, bad language, physical contact and aggressive gestures. Patients or visitors whose behaviour whether verbal or physical is unacceptable will be removed from the practice list with immediate effect. In some cases the police will be notified.
